As part of the independent, privately owned Edenstone Group comprising Ashgrove Partnerships, Edenstone Homes, Bluebell Homes and Edenstone Land we have a proven track record in new build development across South Wales and the South West of England in partnership with housing associations.
Our highly experienced in-house land and development team has considerable multi-disciplinary expertise in identifying, assembling and delivering major residential development opportunities across both the private and public sectors.
The team includes project managers, architects, solicitors, engineers, chartered surveyors and planners and has a wealth of experience in delivering attractive, viable, design-led residential housing schemes.
Working with Edenstone was a positive experience. The team are knowledgeable and well informed. Communications and decision making flowed easily throughout the negotiations and build process. The final product was of a very high standard, a bespoke product of perfecting design and high quality.

At Ashgrove Partnership Homes we believe in a shared sense of community. For every home sold by the Edenstone Group, a portion is donated to the Edenstone Foundation which supports local communities in need.
