Our highly experienced in-house land and development team has considerable multi-disciplinary expertise in identifying, assembling and delivering major residential development opportunities across both the private and public sectors.
The team includes project managers, architects, solicitors, engineers, chartered surveyors and planners and has a wealth of experience in delivering attractive, viable, design-led residential housing schemes.

Plassey Street, Penarth A scheme of twenty-one apartments built for Hafod and located within walking distance of Penarth town centre, which is fast becoming one of the most sought after postcodes in the Vale of Glamorgan. A four storey block of 21 one and two bed apartments on the site of the former Church in Wales Primary School. Built at in an enviable sustainable location within walking distance of Penarth town centre and approximately 3 miles south west of Cardiff. The development included the demolition of the former school buildings and the construction of 2 modern apartment blocks for Hafod Housing Association.
Cooper’s Edge, Brockworth
Coopers Edge, Brockworth A twenty-one home development for Bromford in the Cooper’s Edge area of Brockworth. Coopers Edge is a new urban area on the edge of Gloucester that offers all the amenities a modern thriving community needs. 21 homes for Bromford in the heart of Cooper’s Edge area of Brockworth.
